Interior and exterior of homes. The working square footage is the square footage listed on Zillow at the time of booking.

Each shoot will receive a minimum of 30 images 

Condos include building exterior and lobby.

Payment is due at the time of the shoot. Cash, Check, Venmo, Cash App and Major Credit Cards accepted.

Photos will not be sent until payment is received.

The Shoot

Unless other arrangements have been made, the homeowner or an authorized agent should be present at the shoot to give access to the home and to discuss any special considerations.

Pets

Please make sure pets are contained during the shoot. Pets are not included in photos and need to be out of the way at the time of the shoot.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please give 24 hours notice, otherwise there is a $50 cancellation fee.

Photo Rights:

All photos produced for the client may be used by that agent for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property in accordance with local MLS rules. Please note that the photographer will copyright all photos. A license granted only to the agent and their MLS and NOT to any other party. Any usage of the photos by a third party, including, but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, seller or buyers is prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.

Please have your home photo ready prior to the photographer’s arrival.

Sessions usually take one to one and a half hours to shoot indoors and out. In the event a home is not ready for photographs, we will either shoot the home as it is, or charge a $75 fee and return at a later date.
